I’m a university student and fitness instructor, so I can personally attest to not only how difficult it is to find quick & easy healthy recipes, but also how important it is to fuel your body with nutritious foods.

I started this blog to help students like YOU make eating healthy quick, easy & (dare I say) FUN! I will share no extravagant, complicated, or time-consuming recipes here… just the simple foods I make to keep me happy & healthy. My goal is to teach you and inspire you to take control of your eating. I want to give you confidence in the kitchen & I can’t wait to see what you create!
